PAYMENT METHODS
We, Watch-Line only accept payment by BANK WIRE to our bank accounts.

us.
Meantime, We are NOT in the position to accept credit cards payments
such as Visa, Master, American Express or others. Sorry...
Payments must be in FULL AMOUNTS as per confirmed price. Bank charges
or telex fee are for buyers own accounts.
SHIPMENTS
All shipments from Watch-Line will be carried out by 1st Class FedEx
International Priority and the tracking number will be provided
once the shipment effected.
We are not in the position to ship out during weekend only Monday
to Friday.
We can also arrange shipment from other carriers like DHL, EMS Speedpost
as per your request but We prefer to use FedEX.
We will not be held responsible for any impor tax or custom clearance
applied at buyer side. If it applies, Buyer(s) should settle or
pay at their own cost.
All insured items or goods that are lost will be refunded once investigation
is done by insurance and shipping companies.
WARRANTY
All brand new watches sold by Watch-Line
should apply the International Worldwide Warranty from the factory
at your region.
We are only selling genuine and authentic high-end watches..Sorry
NO Fakes watches allowed in the Watch-Line website.
All Pre-owned watches or vintage watches especially Rolex will be
inspected carefully by our higly trained Rolex engineers. So Be
Confidence dealing with us. We know that customer satisfaction is
our Priority and thus we are hoping to get your full upport always
and repeat purchase in return.
Watches sold by Watch-Line especially preowned and vintage ones
can not be guaranteed for WATERPROOF Warranty.
We carry out the Three Day Return Policy to overseas buyers if watches
is not exactly described or unsatisfied..Simply return to us for
full refund less shipping charges. The returned watches must be
in original conditions or not being altered or tampered. We will
make full refund payment if we have received the watch as it is.
Again all returned items will be borne by buyer(s) own account.
No return policy applies to Brand New Watches sold by Watch-Line.
We will not accept returned watches for any excuses or reasons once
it has passed Three Day Retun Policy.
All returned item(s) must be informed us by email or telephone call
in advance for confirmation acceptance.
We, Watch-Line assume that you have read and agree
the Terms and Conditions once you are dealing with Watch-Line.
